The Order Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through accurate order processing, product knowledge, sales support, and post-sale service. This position is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, resolving inquiries, and supporting daily branch operations in a fast-paced showroom and warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling order entry, inventory support, and customer-facing responsibilities. Previous experience in the construction, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
This position operates within a fast-paced showroom and warehouse setting that requires close collaboration across multiple departments. Success in this role depends on the ability to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient order processing, effective communication, and timely order fulfillment.
